Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil

Sheet pan shrimp boil is an easy alternative to the classic shrimp boil recipe.  Instead of boiling it in a large pot, you can bake it in the oven! This meal is made with the classic ingredients, shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes garnished with parsley and lemon juice. It is quick, fun and delicious!

Serve this along side rice or your favorite salad to make it a perfect meal!

    • 1  package smoked sausage ( I got beef sausage, but its up to you and what you prefer)
    • 1.5 pounds baby yellow/red potatoes
    • 3-4 ears corn, each cut into 4 pieces
    • 1/2  cup unsalted butter, melted
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
    • 2 tablespoons herbal seafood seasoning (optional)
    • 1 table spoon salt, 1 table spoon black pepper (optional)
    • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled. ( I ended up using smaller shrimp thats all I could find but highly recommend getting bigger ones! )
    • 2 lemon, 1 cut into wedges, the second one juiced.
    • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
    • 2 tablespoon olive oil

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
    2. Fill a large pot with water, and salt and potatoes. Bring to a boil.
    3. Cook potatoes until just tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in corn during the last 4 minutes of cooking time, then drain.
    4. In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic, Old Bay Seasoning, and lemon juice. In addition, you can add salt, pepper, and other herb seasoning but it’s optional.
    5. Coat a baking sheet with oil or nonstick spray.
    6. Place potatoes, corn, shrimp and sausage in the prepared baking sheet. Stir in butter mixture and gently toss to combine, then spread out to make sure everything is in a single layer.
    7. Place into oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp is cooked and corn is tender.
    8. Serve immediately with lemon wedges, sprinkle with parsley
    9. Enjoy!
